Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with a purchase, including Host Pro or a tip, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or email josiahvolinsky14@gmail.com.

Cancelling Host Pro

You can cancel any time. You keep Host Pro until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.

What happens after a refund

A refunded Host Pro plan ends right away, along with its perks. A refunded tip removes your Supporter badge and your name from the supporters wall (unless you have other tips).

Switching plans

You can switch between monthly and yearly from your Me page at any time. The change takes effect immediately and the price difference is charged or credited on a prorated basis.
